We ship to addresses within India and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. LyoGenix Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold chain packaging. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion upon verification.
